How can I order from Biopräp?
Biopräp wants to make your online shopping as pleasant and easy as possible. We offer all ordering options on. Please order in the way as it is easiest for you.

You can order easily and comfortable in our webshop. About the procedure how to find products in the shop and order, you will learn below. We ensure the security of your order information and guarantee for an encrypted transmission of data.

We take customer orders against telefone call. You can contact our customer service daily from 8:00 am bis 16:00 clock under +49 (0) 541-500 38 90. If you have questions, we will be happy to advise you in choosing the right products or give you tips on proper application.

Send your Fax easily at +49 (0) 541-500 389 18, then shortly you'll receive an order confirmation. Please ensure that you provide all information to the desired products and your billing and shipping address. However, we recommend ordering through the online store, because all the necessary information according the ordering process are automatically queried.

How the ordering process functions in Biopräp webshop?
We have tried to make shopping as simple as possible. But if you still have difficulties, then please read the following instructions.

1 Choose items and add to cart icon
Use product category selection at the top of the page or the Product search button. In the detail view of each product you can add the selected product to "Add to Cart" button on the button. Place all items in the cart that you want to buy.
2 Go to checkout
If you completed all desired items into your cart, then please click on the button "Proceed to Checkout". Now you proceed to the checkout.
3 Register or Log-In
As a new customer you have to register in order to continue with the order. Please click on the button "Create an Account". Biopräp webshop summerizes registration procedure togetzer with the ordering process, so you do not waste time for a separate registration process. As already registered customer, please enter your e-mail address and password.
4 Delivery address and payment method
Now continue with your billing address and delivery address. Also select the desired payment and shipping.
5 Send order
Please check your order details and confirm your order by clicking on the button "Buy Now".

Can I send my order to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, this is possible. During the checkout process you will automatically proceed into a page titled "Shipping Information". Click here simply "change shipping address" to enter a different shipping address.

How can I be sure that my order is complete?
Each order is redorded into your personal customer account. To access the account, click on the link "My Account" (top of each page). Click on the menu item "Overview" to view all orders previously made by you. If your order is not listed here, then the order is not executed. In this case, please make a new order.

From where my order will shipped?
Your order will be processed through our warehouse and production facility in Osnabrück, Germany.

The most common causes for the lack of order-confirmations are:
1. The order was not executed, this you can please check in your user account.
2. Your email address was incorrectly within the registry-procedure. In this case, you can correct your e-mail address stored after login. If a login due to the wrong e-mail address is not possible, please contact our customer service by +49 (0) 541-500 38 90.
3. Your e-mail address has no free memory for other emails. In this case, you must remove older email messages from your account.
4. The order confirmation is yet arrived at your e-mail account, however, was dropped into the spam folder.

Of course Biopräp protects your personal information. The first level of security is the order process that is protected by the latest security methods of data encryption. Internally, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except to the affiliated companies that need data for order processing (eg GLS or DHL needs your delivery address for delivery) We also make sure that each of our employees can view only the information in accordance to its function required to process the order.

I have ordered wrong item, can I cancel the order?
If you have ordered the wrong goods, then contact us urgently, to resolve this problem. If not released to the forwarder, we may can change your order. If you want to cancel your order completely, then send us back the ware within 14 days in accordance to the legally granted right of ithdrawal. Wich products are non-returnable?
Basically, products with opened packaging are excluded from return. But if should you be dissatisfied with our products, then please contact us.

Which are the payment possibilities?

Precash
On payment by precash you transfer the amount after the order within 7 days to our account. After monetary entrance we send the desired products directly to your dispatch address.
On payment with this payment method we offer to you a discount payment of 2%.

Debit
When paying by direct debit, the invoice amount will be debited from your account easily. By this you do not need to worry about the payment at all.

How much costs the delivery with Biopräp?
From an order value of 50€ we deliver to end customers within Germany free of delivery charges. With lower order values we must transmit a portion of the delivery fees onto you. In this case we calculate the rate most favorable in each case for the transportation to you.

The following dispatch rates are valid:
Within Germany: 2.95€, from an order value of 50€ - FREE OF POSTAGE
Within the EU beyond Germany: 7.50€, from an order value of 130€ - FREE OF POSTAGE
Beyond the EU (in particular Switzerland): depending on weight and aim country/-region. We provide with pleasure personally information about the height of the forwarding expenses.

Businessman and therapists
For businessman or certain professional guilds (e.g., remedial practical person or midwives) we grant with pleasure with accordingly high order frequency or status special prize conditions and conditions of delivery. Please, ask for it at Mrs. Bramkamp under the Tel. No. +49 (0) 541-500 38 90.

Do you also dispatch abroad?
Of course you can also order from abroad from us. On request we provide with pleasure information about the height of the attacking shipping costs. Please note, that shipping abroad is only possible with precash payment.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value with us.

How long does the shipping take?
All orders registered by our customer service till 12 o'clock on working days will be processed on the same day. Thus the product should arrive within a few days’ time. Should it come in spite of greatest care to a problem of delivery, we will inform you of course.

I am not at home during the day. How can I be sure that my order arrives?
Our dispatch partner ordinarily tries to deliver the product in the mornings and in the afternoon. That's why many of our customers set their working address as the address to deliver to. Before finishing the order process you can select a divergent address of delivery. Should the service of delivery find nobody in the called address, you can fetch your delivery on the next day in the nearest postal branch. Moreover, we also offer you the possibility to let deliver the product to a stack station. Our customer service is available to you with pleasure for individual solutions.
